These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eagle Finance LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with its principal office at 12489 Research Blvd Unit 1239, Austin, TX 78759.
1. Eligibility
To apply for a loan through Eagle Finance LLC, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Have a valid Social Security Number
- Have an active bank account
- Provide accurate and truthful information
2. Loan Products
Eagle Finance LLC offers personal loans ranging from $500 to $50,000. Loan amounts, terms, and interest rates vary based on creditworthiness and state regulations.
3. Interest Rates and APR
All interest rates and fees are disclosed before you sign any loan agreement, in compliance with the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
- APR: Rates start from 4% APR up to 34% APR depending on your credit profile
- No prepayment penalties — pay off your loan early at any time
- Late fees may apply if payment is not received within 15 days of the due date
4. Repayment
By accepting a loan, you agree to repay the principal plus interest over the agreed term. Monthly payments are due on the same date each month as specified in your loan agreement.
5. Electronic Signatures
By signing your loan agreement electronically, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, TX.
